After browsing the twitter feed of the kid who riled up Coach K, I side with K. Not saying he handled it correctly. . . but I understand.

My mom just enthusiastically asked me if I was excited about the win last night and the question kind of pissed me off.
It felt like if your parents knew you were having marital problems because your wife was a cheating whore, but then your wife made you a nice birthday dinner with the kids, so your parents pleasantly asked, “oh, wasn’t that a lovely evening last night?”

It’s not so much about the act itself - it’s the false narrative that surrounds him as being one of the all time good guys.
He’s an overall good guy - but he’s also a massive prick just like most legendary coaches.
For whatever reason, mainstream media just doesn’t call it like it is with him, it drives me nuts.
Not a Coach K fan, but his bullying of Duke students moves K up a notch in my book. Not sure how you all don’t feel the same.
I hope the Duke kid cries nightly, K winds up getting the Bobby Knight treatment, and the national basketball writers get labeled as enablers of his behavior, eventually. Not too much to ask is it?
*Starting a diet tomorrow so I fully expect to do a Gustavo's/Karem's double by the end of the week. Goal is to look good when the new ride arrives...this year or next...who TF knows.

*Coach K is a prick (on the sideline), which probably is one of the reasons he's one of the best of all time. All you have to do is watch him on the sideline, marching and dog-cussing everyone and everything around him to get a sense of his personality. Looks like a moustachless Hitler, actually.
*Wanda Vision getting better. I've had a low key crush on the Olsen chick for a while which makes it better. Red heads done right, man.

- We’re far from a great team but intelligent lineups and shaving off the long 2s from our offensive sets makes us decent. Unfortunately, Cal has shown little lineup discipline, even if the face of the obvious.
- That said, I’m happy with the win and my faith is resilient. Onto Bama. They’re due for an off game.
- As much as we suck, Duke and UNC aren’t far behind us. UNC has more bigs than we do, and Duke’s starting lineup couldn’t be more of a defensive liability. Their guards suck too. Louisville is average. Kansas is ranked but sucks, dropping three straight. You visit our rivals’ message boards and you’ll see similar angst. So at least we have that going for us.
- K is a great winner- will be soooo gracious, but a complete bitch when he loses. F him and Duke students, fwiw.
- Warms my heart that Indiana had a coach who could have brought them back, won national championships, been a perfect fit with the type of kid growing up in that state ... and they fired him because of text messages. lol EAT SHIT, Hoosiers.
- I love how sportswriters turn sports conversations into conversations about the sports media industry. No one GAF about your profession. We care about what you cover only. Lawyers are similar in this regard. NO OFFENSE
- COVID curve looks to dip sharply over the next two months and back to somewhat normalcy by summer. Keep grinding, everyone.
- Are there any humans under 30 who aren’t tatted up? Not according to my shitty gym.

I don’t get the NFL hate, it makes for perfect Sunday get togethers, or lazy Sunday rainy day lay around and do nothing and have it as background noise.

I’m no NFL guy and hate my team but if they’re in the conference championship game- or hell, the playoffs at all, I’m watching. Bizarre take.
Brady v. Mahomes is going to be a damn good Super Bowl.
