The Night Stalker docuseries on Netflix is really good.

Thought it was good, and made a good effort to describe the complexities of police investigations and not just focus on the murderer.

*some spoilers maybe*

I'm a big "google while watching" person and that guy had been through some really disturbing stuff as a kid. Also, one of the most bizarre things is how there are hoards of women lined up to be in relationships with the worst of the worst criminals in prison. His wife apparently only cut ties with him when it was later determined he had raped a young girl. Like she was cool with the 15 murders and dozen other sexual assaults but then had just had enough.

Stumbled across "Tread" on Netflix -- shit is wild, 90 minute documentary about a dude who takes revenge on a small town he feels wronged him and basically destroys the entire place in a legit "tank" he built out of a bulldozer.

Put it on your list.

Hail the kill dozer

If this show / movie whatever it is shows us one thing it’s that you always reinforce the coolant lines. He could have doubled or tripled the damage if he had thought ahead

No shit. You guys who were SO PROUD of our players (or even indifferent like most) sick of hearing about this BS yet or nah?

Great stuff.

[sick]
It's another notch on the worry belt. This used to be one of Cal's strong points along with keeping shit in house. Not reading the room on this is just unreal. Young Cal never makes this mistake. Making a political statement at 3-6, lol. K.

A couple of really good shows on Netflix :

Monarca (If you go into knowing it is a bit cheesy it will not idsappoint) Is about a rich Mexican family who runs a high end resort. Lots of undermining, bribing, illegal shenanigans, and of course cartels are involved, crooked government, the works really. Head of the family is murdered, then leaves his daughter (Who lives in LA, left Mexico 25 years prior) to be CEO of the family business.

Lupin - remake of a classic French story. Inspired by the adventures of Arsene Lupin. Assane Diop who is a professional thief and gentleman, tries to avenge the wrongful death of his father being wrongfully convicted of stealing a rare necklace and hangs himself in prison. Very well done crime- drama and a little comedy.

The best part is that the team didn''t even specify what the message of the kneeling was and said the timing wasn't about the Capitol insurrection. So with a losing record, on the road, they apparently decided they needed to make a statement but won't say what it meant and instead of just moving on from that dumb stupid shit, Cal has to keep needling at it.

Brilliant. Just brilliant.

Kis is great, in doses, seems like a good dude, but Barstool creating content around a 4 hour round and their cronies was not much fun.
Guy can't be funny all the time for an hour, which they cut the videos down to, let alone hours.

Listening to Simmons/Russillo and OF COURSE both have Maxey and Quickley in their Top 10 rookies. Last year, Herro and Washington both were Top 7-8 rookies. Cal gets these kids ready for the pros. Too good of percentage to argue otherwise. And those are OADs and 2ADs. Guy develops them.

But it also leads to the question of whether we’re underachieving a bit here. Certainly can’t count last year against him, and his March results even in a slump have been good.

While we’re in the mood -

UK’s top 3 “What SHOULD have been” teams under Cal:
1. 2015 (Yay! Let’s rehash this again shall we?!)
2. 2017 (is it Roofarees fault or Cal?)
3. 2010 (whatever)

Not sure how ‘17 is on Cal. I put it on Willis.

I just loved that 2017 team for reasons I can't really explain (maybe because it could be Cal's last offensive juggernaut?) and I need a scapegoat. Those kids seemed to really give a shit, appeared to have an appreciation of the fanbase, cared for each other as teammates, and competed their ass off with no real depth. They gave it all they had knowing they were future stars.

OK, maybe I can explain it.

II wanted to visit Baton Rouge for the weekend" I visited LSU, I knew all along I was going to KY." "Bill Self ain't playing no freshman over JR's and Sr's, they had Devonte Graham and Frank Mason, I knew I wasn't going to play there." "He lets you rock, he does some X's and O's, but everything ends up into pick and roll and isolation, that is what the NBA is."

De'Aaron keepin it 100, That interview, he kept it real and didn't bullshit anything. Said he loved Cal, and still talks to him to this day, so basicly what we all know, kids don't play for the school. They play for someone who will get them drafted. The part that did piss me off, "We lost on a buzzer beater, I was mad, but it wasn't something to make me come back."
