GYER36-0

Chad, we can still be friends. Open invite from me when they play riverbend in May. Clark already turned me down. Ct harris and I will show you a good time. Then you will admit on here that you are a weird ass.

Shouldnt you you be listening to Adagio in the dark?

Rewatching the Cincy game since I watched it in a bar with limited sound before. You all weren't kidding about the announcers. Just openly rooting for UC. All embarrassing what the refs let Ellis get away with - in fact basically rewarded hi for his antics and thuggery by only calling shit on UK. Such a dirty team. After the horseshit moving screen they called on Johnson, they let UC get away with about a dozen.

They were playing as hard as possible though. They gt about 90% of the loose balls. Bout 11 minutes left, they straight hit the wall though. Then we just squeezed the life out of them for the next ten minutes.

They hit a wall, Clark got in foul trouble and #5 took over for a plays and that's all it took.

4 turn overs. With that kind of game, I just don't see it. Now the other two teams, they can score, that worries me.

I'd have to go back and look but this has to be Cal's most disciplined team in taking care of the ball. Ulisson doesn't get credit for the two headed assist to turnover ratio monster they've become. May be mostly Ulis but the whole team has sticky fingers.

cakes almost baked boys & girls

from now to tomorrow night at 10 is will feel like it takes 50 years

This West Virginia team could.....

- hold Tecmo Super Bowl Bo Jackson to negative rushing yards

- successfully defend the cheat code/trick play on John Elway's Quarterback

- defeat Contra without using up-up-down-down-left-right-left-right-b-a-select-start

- beat up Mohawk on Arch Rivals

- win Mike Tyson's Punchout with Little Mac only using his left

- set the all-time record on Tetris only using the S and Z pieces:

images

- make it all the way thru Super Mario Bros 3 without powering up.

- beat Zelda using only the regular sword

- I haven't been worth a shit all week. Doctor today so hopefully I'll be good to go for the weekend. Last year, I got food poisoning and could barely get into the Wichita State game and this year I'm the sickest I've been in years coming into the Sweet 16.

Texas -12.5
North Carolina -12
@South Carolina -11.5
@Tennessee -13.5
Florida (SEC Tourney) -14
Arkansas (SEC Tourney) -13.5
Cincinnati -15

Just to give you guys an idea where Vegas stands on this game.[/QUOTE]This is how they fared.

at Pti, blast from the past.

Puppies Chad, get better little buddy.

Willy's talk of Frisch's got me curious, what a horrible mistake. I hate you for that.

That show about the super Rich people on NBC is crazy. 20 million dollar 2 bedroom apartments in NYC with your own car elevator so your Ferrari can chill in the living room, Trump's new pimped gold plated helicopter, 450 ft solid marble boat docks in Miami for 200 million dollar boats...good grief.

Watched some of the replay on Sunday. Basically a short summary... Once again, the margin of error with this group is so wide.

Poor shooting, Bricker being Bricker, physical play, etc, etc, etc and with a few minutes left we're up 19.

Cincy looked gassed at about the 9:00 minute mark and the cat/mouse game was then over & we extended it.

This team almost lulls the other team into complacency. There's almost no giant all-in run. It's just a steady force. Pure fatigue. You're still playing your game but you look up and that 5 point deficit is 18. You don't remember how. It's just a faster drip than you can contain.

- Should Cal start Ulis for Lyles tomorrow? I don't want to get off to a slow start.

- It cracks me up reading some of this analysis because you can tell many have no clue what they're talking about. Just read something that said if you can shutdown Devin Booker, you can beat UK because he's the only outside shooter we have. Umm, Booker hasn't been worth a shit since early February.

-Vandy checking in at 34 on Kenpom to end the season. If Stallings keeps this crew together, watch out.

Could the SEC finally put it together?

-LSU almost has to be good.
-Portis and Qualls come back Ark is top 15.
-Florida can hopefully piece something together.
-Vandy and USC will be tough as nails.
-Auburn and UT are probably still 2 years out.
-Ole Miss, Bama and State will likely be down.

At least we have 3-4 potential top 25 teams. LSU and Ark should have to abandon basketball if they can't do something next year.

Boat, do you have problem with your Porsche getting into your driveway? Do you still have your Vette?

Basically, have you tried Bridjit Curb Ramps for raised curbs in subdivisions? Supposed to help prevent low cars from dragging.

I worked on a 42 million dollar apartment at one point.

The client bought another apartment for 8 million to move into during construction.

The kitchen in the cheap apartment was found to be unacceptable, so we threw together a 250k kitchen renovation to make it livable before they had to move out of the main apartment.

I'm at the point where I really try to avoid any outside "analysis" of our team. Most of these guys don't have an effing clue what they're talking about. And all it does is make me mad, so it's not worth it.

On a related note, I'm not sure I've ever heard a worse crew do a UK game than Verne and Spanarkel. They were atrocious. This shit of announcers going bonkers when someone hangs within 10 points of UK is beyond annoying.

A&M.

New house is fine, haven't had any problems.

My old place in Florida was rough though, that would have come in handy.

anth is making the mistake of playing "best case scenario" with every team in the league, when we all know with 100% certainty it will be the other way around.

It's Big Boy you moron. It's not Ruby's.

WTF did you get? All I pimp is their fish sambo or the Super Big Boy if I'm hungover.

You are >< this close to getting put on ignore for that ignorant take.

-You basically have to ask for extra tartar sauce on Frisch's fish sandwich, because if it's the least bit lacking, that sandwich is terrible.

-Jarrell Martin is already pondering a departure, because OF COURSE he is, because it's LSU. Figures that the one time they can put it all together and have a potential lineup of Newman/Blakeney/Simmons/Martin/Mickey, with Hornsby/Quarterman off the bench, they'd screw it up. Maybe Martin just wants to escape the Johnny Jones stink while he can.

-Hurley staying at Buffalo, it appears, instead of taking the DePaul job. Probably a good move. Bryce Drew also on their list, apparently.

-I have zero idea what Len Elmore adds to anything, or why he's even on the air. Would rather have Gottlieb. At least he makes interesting observations, (ir)regardless of however wack they may be.

-PIEROGI. Don't leave Cleveland without one.

Yup. Has Anth ever even watched SEC basketball?

I've hated Len Elmore for years. He's about as anti-Kentucky as it gets for a "neutral" announcer. Expect lots of passive aggressive negativity, and then unmitigated excitement (as much as Elmore has that) for any potential WVU run.

Payne makes a lot of sense if DePaul wants to go the "high-major assistant" route. Guy has already proven he can recruit the city, which is probably the one qualification you HAVE to have there(same with SJU, Georgia Tech, etc.)

Exactly.

Yeah went with the Big Boy. I think Frisch's tastes like Ohio, which is terrible.

Cool article from Crawford, and it's awesome to see them get so much publicity (relatively speaking).

Also, richie can get pumped.

Looking at WVU's loses in relation to TO's. I just can't see us going more than 14-15. Cincy is 25 spots higher in adjD.

LSU - 24 TO's
ISU - 18 TO's
Texas - 17 TO's (20pt loss)
Oklahoma - 13 TO's (20pt loss)
Baylor - 19 TO's (20pt Loss)
ISU - 16 TO's (20pt loss)
Kansas - 16 TO's(10pt Loss)
Baylor - 10 TO's (10pt Loss)

Best wins:
Maryland: 23
Kansas: 14 (@home) Don't know how they won this one. Box score shows KU playing well.
Oklahoma: 22 (2o pt W)
NC State: 23

Dude has completely changed since he took the assistant job at Louisville. Say what you want about Pitino, but he has a fantastic coaching tree. If "Scott" had the same attitude at Ballard back in the day, he'd have 3-4 State Championships instead of 1.

A&M should be good. They have a great class coming in.

LSU as well but there's the coaching issue. What Anth said on Monday... When we were down there for the fball game in October not one single LSU fan had any remote idea who Ben Simmons was. That's embarrassing.

Who the heck knows.. One thing about the SEC in basketball is that it will always have long and athletic teams but so many of these kids lack basketball IQ. The fans overall just don't give a hoot. Tennessee fans showed it cared during the Pearl era so maybe if they ever get back.

Watched Finebaum yesterday. It's hysterical to see the show being dominated by The Faithful & Kentucky Basketball talk. Finebaum seems to have welcomed it as well.

Finebaum has welcomed UK fans because we're crazy. Crazy = good radio.

And LSU is about to lose Eric Musselman - who was the only coach on that staff worth a damn. So anyone expecting anything from them next year should probably take it back a notch.
