Greatest SEC Tournament Game Ever?

The only SECT game I’ve attended in person. It was a blast. My dad and I bought tix before UK even won the semi-final game, which was nerve wracking lol.

I know some hate on the SECT, but when UK is rolling it’s some true BBN magic there.

My father and I were at the SEC tournament game in 1995. Like many of you, a love for Kentucky basketball was passed on to me from my father. He passed away in 2013, but I still think often of that SEC tournament game against Arkansas. At 61 years of age... that father/son time that we shared will NEVER be forgotten.

Memories of that game
The crowd as around 30,000 and Arkansas was WELL represented
We trailed the whole game.... Including OT
When RR got fouled at the end of regulation... most of the Arkansas fans around me got up and were headed to the exits but came back in after the FT disaster.
When my father and I left the Georgia Dome, it has felt like we had been in a 15-round heavyweight title fight. We lost the first 14 rounds but hung in there and knocked out the defending champion in round 15.
