Gotta start a healthy Hawkins over Briscoe, right?

You guys need to take a look at Hawkins career shooting numbers and remember he was lights out against Louisville to raise them to those lofty levels of 20% on threes and 52% from the line but yes let's pull the plug on Briscoe because Hawkins shot well once.

I haven't looked at the numbers, but I doubt very seriously if Briscoe is close to 52%. Obviously you would rather continue doing the same old thing while expecting a different outcome.

Briscoe's fg % is literally double that of Hawkins career numbers and he is 10x the rebounder and a better defender and ball handler. One game doesn't make a career.

Briscoe also has played almost as many minutes in less than a half of a season than Dom has played and Dom has been here 2 years longer. If briscoe can't shoot jump shots, nor free throws, he can't be on the floor. We are too weak everywhere else on the floor from an offensive point to have in the mix unfortunately. Hell I could guard him and I'm 47 years old. Just play 3-4 feet off him and dare him to shoot.

Why not just stand in front of the arc and let him charge into you? He hasn't shown any midrange game either.

He is a good defender and a tough kid, the only one out there over 5'10 on our team.

Still dont understand folks' love affair with Briscoe. Kid is tough but skill-wise is just not there...and This team just isnt talented enough offensively to have him playing major minutes.
