Gonna be a long line for this one

I hope we can get him, but if I'm leaving North Dakota, I'm going way south. It's honkin cold up there!

Compared to North Dakota, Lexington would feel like the Bahamas 90% of the time...and without the stupid length of heat/humidity the schools farther south endure.

Now, if you are talking southwest, then maybe you are onto something 😆

He looks like he would really cushion the blow of losing Robinson and Brea. The three and four positions should be prioritized with the two 'super star' players that Pope was referring to. Proved what he can do against AL, now put him with a bunch of other great players and he becomes even better.

It's not that bad here 😜
I lived in the upper Midwest, and won't ever forget the wind chill. One time my car was having problems (battery) and I left a crescent wrench in the car to loosen the posts while I was in classes. When I came back out to my car, and the temp in single digits with awful wind chill, I grabbed that wrench with my bare hands. NEVER AGAIN. Burned like hell, the cold.

I understand why Pitino is out on recruiting freshman. Season JUST ended for SOME of these schools, and we already have about 4-5 guys in the transfer portal who could start for Kentucky.. the tournament doesn't even start for like 10 more days.

Never heard of the guy. Watched one of his highlight tapes and every shot was a step-back 3. Looked up his stats and he's a volume shooter and doesn't provide much else. If he's willing to take on a bench sparkplug, Brea-type role, then OK. I'm not sure a guy that was cranking out 20-25 shots per game will want to do that though.

If there's no surprise transfers, this should be our priority:

- PF that's a bruiser/shot-blocker
- PF stretch 4 similar to Andrew Carr
- SF with some size who can guard SEC wings
- CG that could potentially start ahead of Acaden or come off the bench and provide scoring/defense

We have to get more athletic at a couple positions and hopefully not lose much shooting prowess. I have complete confidence Pope will nail it. He's going to have guys blowing up his phone unlike last season when he came to Kentucky a bit of an unknown quality to a lot of players.

Wilkerson to me is much more suited to move up a level than eaglestaff is. Wilkerson transfers he would be my number 1 want after a PG

Wilkerson shot 46 percent from 3-point range. There's going to be a ton of guys in the portal but not many with those kinds of numbers. I guess he's not even in the portal though. I can't keep track of this shit.

It's going to be interesting to see how Pope recruits portal guards with (presumably) Oweh, Chandler, Perry and Noah coming back and Johnson and Lewis already in the fold.
