It does feel kind of icky, but it’s my understanding that this being a Title IX complaint gives him the right not to be suspended or fired until he’s found guilty at the end of the process. Beard was facing a criminal investigation outside the jurisdiction of the educational system, so that gave Texas more latitude in how they could choose to handle the situation.
Maybe he has evidence (boobie pics, texts asking for a dick pic) and it's now he said/she said as to how it got off the rails

Could be, but text on social media doesn't lie and given his position as a coach for Florida, at best it's massive PR issue. You can't be a married coach texting sexually explicit images and comments to college girls.

I'm picking up what you're putting down. So that leads me to my next statement. If those pictures aren't there and these actions didn't happen, the accusers need to be prosecuted. These accusations are very serious and can destroy Golden's reputation.
Not when there are million of dollars at stake, they either want enough to burn him down and not pay a dime or maybe the wait to see how this year plays out and quietly try and get it to go away in mediation or something.
