Oh, you mean 33% from 3 is equivalent to 50% from 2. While true, 1) see above statement, and 2) 33% from 3 is not considered good, I would say it takes 35% from 3 to be considered "decent", 37.5% to be "above average", and 40% to be "good".

I do agree with this somewhat. We absolutely need to core of the team to be way better. Those two will be great 4 year types who provide amazing depth at the 8-9-10 type spots.
