Yeah, folks gotta remember he hasn't played full on competitive ball for two years while on mission. He has skill and will get going.
Ugly game. Lot of mistakes. But good to work things out with a 17 point lead. For sure. Garrison with a couple of bad possessions.
Robinson with a big first half and play pretty good defense. Brea is a bucket. Carr not doing much of nothing in the first half, including boxing out. We do not have many crashing offense board. Sure Pope will remind them of that.

About as I expected. A little flat and sloppy at times. Intensity on defense hasn’t been there too much. Lipscomb is getting open looks.

I’m just glad when we play these lesser teams it isn’t a rock fight.
Travis Ford is pretty solid on color.
1- I like coaches who dress like coaches. Not like they are headed to Walmart on a Saturday morning. Yes, it does matter. A staff that look like slobs sets a bad tone for the team.
2- It is great to see people smiling and cheering at the game.
3- we are deep, need to keep pressing and punish teams lack of fitness/ depth.

Pre-game guest a former UK player. I didn't catch his name. But he said he had been to a few practices and that a Freshmen in his opinion wasn't give their all. He wouldn't name which one.
Yep, I know his hands are huge, but just getting the ball on his fingertips and putting even just a LITTLE more arc would do wonders for his FT shooting
Second half I’d like to see more offense ran by Williams and Carr.
I think he’s been removed from competitive basketball for too long and it’s gonna take a full year. He just looks like he’s a step behind and a bit too soft and weak at this point. Add to that his shots aren’t falling.

That’s not good to hear, I hope they all know minutes are tough to come by but hard work will pay off for them later in their career. Step back, cash some checks, and practice hard.

Very glad to see the young man making his open threes. But I’d like to see him distribute more.
It also looks like, since he has the life vest on, that he needs to learn how to swim, I just kid. I love what he is bringing to the team, and once he unlearns all of the stuff he was taught at his last stop, he will be a killer.

It's possible since it is a Freshmen that they think they are practicing hard. You know they never had to practice this hard in high school

None of these freshmen deserve minutes st present IMO. I'm so excited to not rely on them.
I hate to hear that. And a guy like Pope will NOT put up with it. This is Kentucky. You play hard or you don't play.
