1) said It all year….playing through Reeves is the key to this team. He’s the best backcourt player and only true 3 level scorer we have. Wallace has been painfully average w flashes of potential but has gotten all the credit bc it became a Wheeler vs Wallace conversation. Reeves getting 25+ minutes and the freedom to go score and not just stand in the corner is the difference in the offense since the first Yennessee game.
2) lmao at ppl calling Reeves “only a set shooter” as recent as last week
Absolute shame Cal was playing him less than 20 minutes at the start of SEC play and making him the Grady “go wait in the corner” shooter. Thank god for backcourt injuries or that’s what we’d still be doing
