I don't think he'd tweet something like that for a recruit coming to visit. Doesn't technically look like a "boom" either. Probably a BG or Oweh official return if I had to guess.
Read a tweet that said Wilkerson was texting other UK players while on his trip to IU. Not sure if it is true but that is what was said.
