Four-star 2017 linebacker Jacob Phillips of Tennessee has been to UK twice already and he recently told me he will visit Kentucky for a third time in the fall. He's excited to see how everything looks with the renovations. Georgia really impressed him a lot when he camped there this summer. He's been busy but was in contact with Derrick Ansley in the spring.
