I think my memory on this is correct. Early in his career (RS frosh?), first game of the season (MAC opponent?) a bomb was thrown in the first quarter and I was watching Brown from my seats, knowing we were young. Whoa! He was so lost and turned around that he had no idea where the ball or the WR were.

I am sure he is much better now.

That's what I thought as well, no way he can go to a new team and play in 2023. Unless he has graduated maybe?

IIRC, he had athleticism but I thought he looked like a project who might be a solid contributor by his 3rd (RS soph) year. Going to a third team already would be a red flag if I were a coach.

Agreed. The only logical place for him to go to is UofL.

His coach left. My guess is he would get a waiver, but I’m not sure

I think they are closing up the waiver for a second transfer. That is the impression I’m getting as they denied a FSU and UNC transfer that everyone thought would get done recently.
