People like that are a lot like politicians and twrrible coaches. They just keep hanging around because of what was already on their resume. It has nothing to do with skills or inteligence.

Last year he said IU is one of the very few elite jobs in college basketball yet he is stunned that a coach who can't get past the Sweet 16 once in a decade and who has missed the dance 5 of 9 years gets fired. Hmm...
