For the first time ever, I just got a call from UK football about renewing my tickets since I didn't take advantage of the early bird pricing. I've been leaning toward not renewing after 17 seasons but my seats are in a sought-after section that I'm having a hard time abandoning. I asked the UK employee if they could give me any heads up about renewal rates, early bird %'s, etc. but they were pretty buttoned-up on revealing any trends, while at the same time not fully disagreeing when I said I know a lot of seats are going to be available this year that weren't last year.
I also used the call as a chance to make them aware of issues I've had: over-zealous security checkers at the front gates (one followed me to a trash can 30 feet from the gate to make sure I threw away my CIGARETTES); yellow-red parking lot filling up past capacity multiple times and then forcing pass holders into the parking structure, etc.
