Great day to be a Wildcat fan. Maybe this win will help curb some of the notoriously negative folks who can’t help but talk about how terrible we are every moment. We are clearly a flawed, but very good team.

I don’t necessarily like our chances against UT or Auburn, and I hope we can get a split with Bama, but I think we can hang with the rest of the league on any given day. And even though I don’t like our chances against the teams I mentioned, I’m not discounting them until the games are played. Beating Duke and Gonzaga proved we should never discount this team.

And they played their game to a T, dominated us on the glass, went off offensively, and STILL gave up 106 to us.

“Right” is the correct answer. They were undefeated and number 6 for a reason. Arguably the best backcourt in the country and they left with a loss despite shooting 35 free throws. We didn’t play well on defense or the boards yet we won the game.
There’s not a perfect team in the country who “doesn’t have a lot of work to do” at this stage of the season.
