Its looking more and more likely the 2023 class is going to finish strong. As @JRowland has mentioned UK is looking at mostly flips to finish out this class. Here are some of the guys who UK appears to have a good shot at finishing the class with:
4* WR- K. English (Auburn until yesterday): Just decommited. Gotta think UK leads here after he almost committed to the Cats initially
4* CB- J. Jackson (Florida): officially visiting for the MSU game. He was at UF to watch the Cats beat the Gators plus his brother just transferred to UK for track
4* DT- K. Gilbert (Purdue): this one may be a little less likely but JRow mentioned that UK continues to pursue him and if Purdue's season tanks who knows
4* RB- J. Keyes (Wisconsin): UK coaches continue to recruit and hes right across the river from Kentucky
4* WR- D. Bell (Mich St until 2 weeks ago) : had been committed to Mich State but he may not be a take for UK. He did just get an offer from UGA though
4* DT/OL- W. Spencer: JRow has been predicting to UK and just got a crystal ball yesterday from Wiltfong at 247
4* WR- D. Hyatt: officially visiting for the Vandy game but this one probably doesn't happen if English commits
3* LB- M. Pulliam: officially visiting for the MSU game. Seems to be between UK and Auburn
3* DE/OLB- B. Palmer: seems likely to be a Cat if the coaches push
3* RB: J. Wilcox: looks to be UK, K State and Vandy at the top. Will probably depend on what happens with Keyes
3* CB- J. Collins: seems likely to be a Cat if the coaches decide to push but that may not happen
Clearly we wont get all of these guys but I do think it shows that UK could finish REALLY strong. With the season they are having and the solid foundation already in place with this class the coaches can be very picky and really go after some big time targets to round out the final 5 or so spots in this class!
