Fine Stoops 25k per Penalty

Stoops needs some motivation to clean up the messy/penalty ridden sloppy sloppy play.

From the first game vs Western Kentucky to today’s game Stoops teams play without discipline. Coordinators and assistants change but the sloppiness continues.

It is 100% Stoops and I am as sick of it as I am Cal’s stall ball.
