I've had account issues the past week, and haven't been able to post on here. Some of you were probably very happy, most didn't care.

After last night's loss, the current state of our basketball program is pretty bad. The absolute worst part of it to me, is Cal taking zero accountability. If we had a coach hurting with us, we'd still be right there with the dude. Stoops is a prime example of this. He comes on KSR after every bad loss, and talks to the entire state. Cal will only go on a UK affiliate Louisville area ONLY show, and get served up SOFTBALLS.

Why, might you ask? This goes back to accountability.

Cal feels like he's above reproach from the interest he accumulated from 09-15, even though he hasn't won an NCAA tournament game in the last 4 or 5 years, hasn't won the SEC regular season in 3 years, and hasn't won a conference tournament in 5 years.

That is a glaring problem, and it isn't going away with his ridiculous contract. We are bound at the hip to this man. So where do we go from here? This team will win 1 or 2 tournament games, IMO, and then next year should be Cal's last year. Thank him for his time here, thank him for the title, and move on. His tenure here is done. He's disconnected from the fans, and from the university. He no longer does what he was paid to come here to do. Win games, do his media responsibilities, and stay connected to the fans. He does none of it, and he's not only bringing our program down with him, he's tarnishing his own legacy.
