I don’t know if I’ve ever seen so many excuses for a team losing a game in November.

Seems like duke could lose 10 games and people will still talk them up for a 1 seed.

Duke and Gonzaga. On the field of 68 they were singing the praises of Mark Few and Gonzaga as this being their year.

Where have we heard that before.

If the Bulls didn’t have Jordan in the 90s. They wouldn’t have 6 championships.

If Tom Brady didn’t play for the Patriots, they won’t have won all those Super Bowls.

If Derrick Anderson doesn’t get hurt in 97 Kentucky has nine championships right now.

We can go on forever with the what if’s. Saying if you didn’t have X player or certain thing didn’t happen. Is the laziest way to make a sports take. How many injuries has Kentucky had over the years that would change the fate of a certain game or season?
