I can only list 10 so there are some that belong on a list so just add it if it's yours but I'm banking on your favorite being one of these 10.

I think it's a tough call for Godfather, Godfather II and Goodfellas. Those three are so above everything else to me. But my favorite is Goodfellas. I think it's a perfect movie.

There's probably 10 iconic scenes.

IMHO, Goodfellas is the best movie ever made.
I think so as well. It's not my favorite movie ever but I think it's the best one ever made from a pacing and storytelling standpoint.

I love Godfather 2 especially the prequel portion but it's definitely slower than Goodfellas.

Same here; Goodfellas is my favorite, but Godfather two is a close 2nd.

Probably Scarface, Goodfellas, Donnie Brasco is excellent also. Underrated and even top 10, Reservoir Dogs.

Love all those in the poll but it's Goodfellas for me. I love the mob genre. Some underrated ones:
Suicide Kings
Road to Perdition
King of New York
A Bronx Tale
Millers Crossing
Eastern Promises
Carlitos Way
New Jack City

George Remus was known as the King of the Bootleggers. Operated out of Cincy. He "retired" to Covington & moved in next to my MIL's close cousins around 1950. He'd mow their grass w/o asking. They were mortified. As a wee child, DW's Mom & Dad visited & she recollects a bit of the commotion. He's buried in Falmouth for whatever reason. He was a bit character is HBO's Boardwalk Empire series.

Completely agree about Goodfellas, but also think Road to Perdition is phenomenal. If I remember correctly, that movie didn’t do well, which surprises me. A Bronx Tale is legit.

I just don't quite get the love and adoration for Goodfellas. I think its a solid movie. But kind of felt it to be a little bland. Character development was OK. Plot was fine. The direction was great, because it's Scorsese.. and the violence at the time was very raw so I appreciate what this film did for the industry. But idk. It's a movie I only need to see once. I find Godfather 1, 2, The Departed (my pick), The Town, Heat (not sure it counts, but one of my favs), The Untouchables to be much more entertaining.

The Godfather is good for its time but I happened to see it for the first time 4 years ago so by then it paled to others like Goodfellas.

I picked Goodfellas, and it is one of my favorite movies. But once Hill gets out of prison he (and the movie) takes a turn for the worse. I wish they could have gone through that a little faster.
