Farrrrrrrrrr Stoupz!!

Will be 7-3 heading into the Jawja game in Kentucky.
Hopefully we have Jones and Square back for that one.
Georgia will be at Miss St next week in a much tougher test than UK.
Just sayin….

What is up with the Stoops and Cal Fanatics on here. Where are the Kentucky fans!

A small minority, around 8% give or take, fall in love with coaches. To me I want a coach to win, stick around, be a staple of the program and become synonymous with it. For a small minority, it literally becomes the University of Coach. I don’t get it, but it’s always been this way and always will I suppose.

I think Stoops has done an above average job with UK, but with our resources and modern revenue streams there’s no reason UK can’t be better then we’ve been. It’s not a call to fire Stoops, but it is a reality that he’s not going to be the guy to take us to 11 wins and NY6 bowls. His offense is just too undisciplined and behind the times.

So for now it is what it is, at least we have a winning team and get some respect. But we shouldn’t be content with that.

And more of that small minority would realize this if they put Kentucky ahead of the coaching man crushes.

Stoops I get a little, Calipari has laughed at losing, has diminished our program, had allowed all of the other blue bloods to descend on us, lost a lot of games we never have and to support his mess is something no real UK fan would do at this point. Not if you care about our basketball program staying number 1.

But many of these guys don’t care about being number one. They care about a coaches reputation. That’s the problem they have.

I totally agree I just can’t believe what I get on here and read sometimes. Especially when it comes to defending these coaches!

What did he say that was wrong. We will be 7-3 after Vanderbilt heading in to Georgia. Miss St. and UK are about the same challenge for Georgia.

Joker and Billy G have them scared to death. They are happy just to be mediocre and not the doormat like those days.
Stoops is clueless as a head coach. He’s managed to upgrade the talent and got lucky that the SEC east has been weak during his tenure. But those days are almost over.
Hard to fire a guy that’s done what he’s done here for the program, but he’s reached his ceiling. I wish some other school would hire him away and then we could bring in a seasoned head coach to take over. Stoops has turned this into a more desirable job than when he arrived.
But there’s a reason no one has really offered.
