Have to admit I got this one wrong. Should have known better.

I had UT modeled as very slightly better. Maybe 1 point.

Figured two ugly teams would play an ugly game. UT got to the EE last year and played fine. Houston has gotten bounced in the S16 and EE consistently.

Felt like the perfect scenario for a rock fight coin flip. Then the real UT/Barnes showed up.

the Vols still have to learn it's all about getting PUKE out of this thing and not them getting to a final four finally.

Nobody cares about Tennessee being the best team never to make a final four. We sure as hell don't. But hey, it's Barnes and Tennessee. It's par for the course for them. In fact, an elite eight is above the par for their course. Happy for them to hang another elite eight banner. Cause that's all they're ever going to add to.

If he can't get the Vols to a Final Four in either last year or this year, he isn't.
