He’s got great size and hopefully he rebounds. That’s what we need along with some shot blocking.

I am a big believer in big men that are rim runners. Condon is one. Score as many points as you can before the defense sets up. Amari did it some but not enough.

Year 1….12-15 minutes off bench. 5 pts a game with some lob dunks, a put back here and there and some solid rim protection. I’ll have to see in rebounding…he’s a slim kid for this physical league

Year 2…..I assume he starts if we get a one year portal kid his first year. Initiates our five out offense, develops some post up and solid rebounding along with top end rim protection

He’s not just a developmental piece imo. McD AA top 30 prospects are rotation players. He’s not a stash like Perry/Noah were in case of injuries.

I’m fascinated to watch how the rest of the C position unfolds the next week or two.

Selfishly I think the best thing for the position is moving on from Garrison. But the C transfer portal class is nothing special. Wonder if they think they can add Gwath while keeping Garrison and just hope the rotation of 3 is good enough, with Gwath able to play some 4 too.

We have too many guys who have come in and done way more than their look or ranking suggest coming out of high school.
I will let Moreno dictate what he can do no come October. He has lots of tools and from everything I have read a tremendous spirit and work ethic.
We have been surprised many times. This could be another.

That's one hell of a lofty comparison. Condon is one of the best, most complete players in cbb. Hes a poor man's jokic.

If Moreno even nears that level, it will be great for uk.
