Ewers

Well....this is who Sarkesian is.

- Can't sustain defense over a season....just C-USA kind of bullcrap from him
- How Ewers got rated this high as 5* QB....don't know. Has body of nobody...6'2 200-ish pounds. Not fast kid, has good accuracy on deep balls but his arm strength is nothing to write home about.
- Texas will split the Baylor and TCU games and do 5-3 in a bad Big 12 season.

Bring him into SEC.....doesn't look nothing special

Can he transfer a 2nd time and play immediately? I lose track of the rules, they change so much.
He would have to apply for an exception to the waiver of the transfer rule. Think that's what the NCAA would call it. The current transfer rule contains a one time waiver. Normally he would have to sit out for the 2nd transfer. However he can ask for an exception to the one time rule.

Since the NCAA is so inconsistent in granting appeals, who know if he would have to sit out.

Why would someone ever NOT ask for a waiver? Kind of a silly rule unless I’m missing something.
