Defense and free bases (BB+HBP) weren’t there today but the bats came through. Good to see the team able to overcome parts of the game that weren’t good. SEC won’t be as forgiving but still a good sign imo.

One inning of pitiful defense was the main reason this game wasn’t well in hand. It will be interesting to see how Evansville does in their conference.

I don't like the call. This early I want to see us earn that with a sac or a hit. Not catch a break. In league play... yes please. I'll take all the breaks. Lol
