He's gone regardless. No way Adidas is letting him coach all the players they bought. This is not a good development imo. Seeing what Adidas spent on players, you can imagine what they'll spend on a coach.
Makes me sick these teams can do this crap. Hey we totally suck and can’t build up at all. But we’ve got some cash to turn it around. Just awful.
I for one think satterfield is doing a great job and Louisville should keep him

Yep, you can buy players but it takes more than that to build a team and a program.
My only question is all things considered if the recruiting class falls apart( which there is no reason to think that class will make too much of a difference as freshman).
They will be horrible again. How long do they give the new guy? Even if the class stays together they won’t exactly be world beaters for at least 3-4 classes while depth and stuff is built up.
How many times have you seen KY have pretty decent starters and 0 depth and just run out of gas by mid game.
That’s what UL will be for the first few years of whoever they get unless of course they make a super good hire and absolutely clean up in the transfer market with the help of adidas. Even CMS first several years here were rough not many admins and fans gonna give you what CMS got to fix the ship.

No truer words were ever spoken. I thought it was ridiculous during the Ole Miss game when they kept flashing on the screen that it was C-Rod's first game due to an "NCAA issue". So turning in you worked more hours than you truly did is something that is under the NCAA's jurisdiction but having fake college classes and handing out passing grades to keep athletes eligible isn't?

From friends here in Louisville who cheer for that side....the new UL AD *if* they do fire Satt, wants a high level coordinator from a superpower school. Monken OC at Georgia, OBrien OC at Bama are 2 names going around. Allegedly those guys have been pre approved by Adidas and Clarkson, the real shot callers there.
I’m willing to do my part. If Satt will just stay I’ll promise not to do any more L’s down for the remainder of his tenure. Publicly anyway.
I hope they're dumb enough to hire Prime. Not saying he's a bad coach, but as soon as the FSU job opens up he's leaving for it.

Such delusion here in Louisville. The City College job will never be a destination job no matter the NIL money. The city is kind of sad . I was downtown last night with someone from Kansas and they were commenting about how dead the downtown was. I had to explain the damage done during the riots and how so many people just avoid it now. He kept saying how nice it looked and how he thought it had the potential of Nashville. Maybe a new mayor can help improve things but regardless U of L keeps doing it all wrong. I wish KP hadn’t gone there. I was hoping he could see that he had better opportunities for success even though he is alumni. My second favorite team will always be whoever is playing City College. Little non-binary.
The true reason for de-hiring him is ironically b/c he is utterly corrupt enough to take a job at UL as the Head Football Coach or for that matter b team womens lacrosse.
Not trying to get in the preverbal ivory tower or anything ,… but I’m strongly opposed to underage prostitution along with a few other moral dealbreakers like child molestation and so on. And some of the things that I’m definitely aginn has been overlooked as well. I hope they can land Jerry Sandusky because if Jerry Sandusky is there he is gonna make any young man learn defense….and you know Defense wins ACC @ conference USA championships so they’d hire the bum.
