It's getting quite old seeing people pretend that we should be happy with where we are and just keep enjoying these horrible offenses year after year because "muh we Kentucky and it's the SEC".

First and foremost the evidence against that is right infront of us.

Vanderbilt: Vandy takes down #1 Alabama and nearly #5 Texas. Lea got a better win already than Stoops has in a dozen years.
The stars on that team?
QB: New Mexico State transfer
Leading receiver: New Mexico State transfer
2nd Leading receiver: 3* Sophmore with 0 other P4 offers.
Leading rusher: 3* Sophmore with 1 other P4 offer.
Leading tackler: 3* sophmore

Vanderbilt is taking down Stoops and Bama with a C-USA-level depth chart.

Then there's Indiana. Yes, Indiana has had it easier than us, but it would be very hard to argue against Indiana being 5-2, at least, with our schedule. With a MAC QB, backup Wake Forest RB, and JMU transfers

Which of those 2 teams are paying or able to pay a HC top 10 money? None of them. We, however, are able to do that.

The evidence this year is clear as ever that if you have a competent HC that's able to find the right QB (even if it's from G5 schools), that he can compete; especially with the portal in place. Stoops has only been able to bring in 1 above average QB in 12 years and some find a way to not have a big issue with that. Both of those programs have better offenses than Stoops has had in a dozen freaking years here. The argument that things can't be better is just pure insanity. This isn't 2010 anymore; Kentucky has and is willing to spend money on a football coach and NIL. The money in place via TV contracts is an incentive to spend that wasn't there in the past. The fanbase is more into football than ever. Quit with your sob stories of years back, this is a far and wide different CFB environment than then. It's not even remotely comparable.
