After the fight, Stoops was going to make sure that it didn't blow up and probably went over board... Talking though the week and disrespecting their players.. Stoops won't let the players say things like, we'll play our 2nd team regardless... So, the perfect storm...

I agree - I think we got an insane effort from those guys.

Not to let our guys off the hook, because there was plenty of slop there, but those guys wanted their storybook win for their fallen friend - and they wanted it bad.

Not buying it. We threw them around for the opening drive and then stopped. Once we got down we beat them up for the final 5 minutes. This had little to do with EKU's talent level or effort level. This was about our lack of effort.

I do. Stoops made a terrible mistake by suspending our guy after the LSU win. I can't remember who it was. Now you have this game. I do believe he told them to tone it down and it almost cost him the game. The bigger ?? Should be, why would a coach tell his team not to be aggressive. I understand the circumstances but to me it's asinine
