He isn't a coach. You are limited in staff. We're making the right call by not hiring a special teams coach. However we need a change in leadership of that unit, no matter what he is called.

I would be ok to cut John Settle loose and rehire Gran as RB coach and running game coordinator. Our running game was awesome under him. Then hire a passing game coordinator or let Woodard coach WR's and be the passing game coordinator as some have speculated he's been waiting his turn to be the OC.

Scang is stealing money and impersonating a coach. People see Gran as a viable interim while we look for a real coordinator. He can’t **** it up any worse than Scang has, and people like him. People do not like Scang

NCAA doesn’t count him. Check out the staff’s website he won’t be listed with the position coaches. He’s admin. No recruiting. No position coaching. He is on sidelines during games like lots of staff members of various jobs like PR, S&C, analysts, nutrition, etc.
