If it is so easy how come Michigan is struggling. They have more tradition than us. Don’t think it is as easy as everyone thinks!!

Indiana having a great year. I don’t think they have played one team that is in the top 25. Would like to see them play our schedule.
Michigan didn't go looking for a coach because they wanted to keep the Harbaugh culture going.
I think they were afraid of a total rebuild.
We'll see how Moore does in year two. They're not bad, just clearly down from losing all that talent. It wouldn't take much for them to get back on a playoff track next season.

I don’t think UM fans are happy with 5-5 record. Kinda be like our BB team win the Championship and get a new coach and go 500 don’t think that would fly.
Yeah, but this year's Michigan team was destined to suck, even if Harbaugh had stayed. They got absolutely gutted by graduation after last season. I'd give Moore at least one more year before saying he's a bust.
They've definitely lucked out on the schedule but let's be honest...Stoops and Co would've shit the bed at least 3 or 4 times even against that schedule. We are bad.
I despise IU. They're right up there with Tennessee in my hate pantheon. But I have to admit...they've done everything asked of them so far this year. Haven't messed up. I wanted them to, but they haven't.
michigan lost a ton of players and an inexperienced head coach. Not sure you can say it's a bad hire yet but he might be. Probably just an easy move for them with trying to hold together what roster and recruiting they had in place with the NCAA coming to town behind harbaugh. Amazing that Harbaugh came out and took a salary cut because he said he was underperforming then went on and won a title.
Pretty sure they promoted Moore to prevent a mass exodus. He was liked by the players for the most part. Plus they are likely getting ready to face some sanctions so he's likely a stop-gap. but I doubt the NCAA will come down too hard on them.

Let's say one of those 4 has to get left out to give Indiana a spot and the other 3 make it along with sec champ Texas.
I know we have a lot of Indiana cheerleaders on this board. Let's read the justifications and you have to cite quality wins. Don't be lazy and just say they deserve it because they have a better record.

IU gon have to find that first loss before we start talking about why they should be left out.
Even 1 loss, I just find it real hard to argue leaving 1 loss P2 programs out in an expanded playoff.
The whole point of the expansion other than money was more teams and new teams that bring more and new eyeballs …which inevitably equals more money.

They havnt played a team with a winning record. But I commend them on winning
They may not have a signature win over a playoff caliber team, but they’ve been dominant against the schedule they had in front of them with last week’s 5 point win over Michigan being their only game that was decided by less than a two touchdown margin. Given that they’re a P2 team and not just some random G5 who happened to go undefeated against one of the worst schedules in the country ala Liberty last year, I have a hard time believing they’ll be left out as long as a presumed loss to Ohio State is decently competitive. This is especially true because all of the SEC bubble teams except Georgia have losses to teams who aren’t exactly special in Vanderbilt, Arkansas, and as much as I hate to say it, Kentucky.
I will say the conversation may get spicier if Ohio State completely takes them to the woodshed.
Vandy and Arkansas are better than any team IU has beaten though IMO.
I agree with you though. They are 100% getting in at 11 and 1. And then one of those 10 and 2 sec teams gonna beat the crap out of them.
