Those test aren't accurate by themselves. I believe a true IQ is done by several test over different subjects and more abstract measures. Those of us in the 100 to 120 range don't really know where we are on that scale. The dudes in the 140 range know because the high level stuff they are doing is impossible to 99% of the people on Earth.
