Not all recruits are even.

Top five, even ten guys are OAD types.

Top twenty guys? Not so much.

UK has a lot more of the top five/ten guys. Duke had more of the top 20 guys. That's why UK has more guys going league over the last five or six years.

Guys like Quinn Cook ,Plumlee, Matt Jones IMO weren't suppose to be Burger boys . Going to Schools like Duke ,Kentucky, Carolina get you Mcdonalds game honors when you might not really would deserve it..

Ummm, how about winning the NC, having the all time winningest coach in college Basketball history, having multiple players in the NBA, passionate fan base etc. It is not too hard to figure out, just hard for most of our fan base to accept. And BTW we play them next year up in Brooklyn, we will see if Cal can match up with K in another big time game !

Duke got handed the easiest side of the bracket as usual,aot of Mike Shitchefski's wins came early in his career by playing weak OOC games ,they along with UNC have been handled like Golden Children over the years which,at least in my mind, detracts from the supposed accomplishments at Duke.They are as Dirty as UNC,but will never get what they deserve with the crooked NCAA,this year would have been the matchup that UK would have destroyed Duke,next year K will have an older team to UK's new batch of yougsters,I don't think Duke lost near as many as the Cats did they?

That is a dumb post on many levels. Coach Ks wins don't count, Duke is as dirty as UNC, Duke didn't lose anything. Wowzers. But every fan base has a few fans like this I suppose.

Look up Myron Piggie ,the Thomas Scandel,and a few other scams Duke has gotten away on scot free and tell me how you put Duke on a pedastel like UNC and the "Carolina Way",anybody with any sense at all knows the NCAA turns their head when the big Tobacco Money Schools in the ACC commit infractions

This is ignorant. Duke is a very good school with probably the greatest coach of all time (have to give credit where its due) but they have different recruiting strategies. Plumlee/Cook/Jefferson are the type of players that were given to be there for 3-4 years. While Coach Cal gets more immediately ready guys. Duke just won a nat'l championship, same deal with OSU in football. You kill in recruiting when you win. Out of this class they have coming in they may have 1 maybe 2 OAD's (Ingram/Jeter) while keeping the rest. I still like our class over theirs this year because Skal will be a phenom. They lack that, but Ingram could very well turn out to be a top 3 pick type player. I'm just hoping we can add another big body or Jamal Murray so we can smack them in the Champions Classic.

No, a Duke grad calling your post dumb. And not just me, I would bet.

Coach K has not padded his schedule with cupcakes any more than anyone else. He certainly didn't get to be the winningest coach in NCAA history because of it.

NOBODY is on UNC's level of cheating. Some kid getting 2 grand when he was in high school and Duke knowing absolutely nothing about it is NOT the same as decades and decades of institutionalized cheating. NOTHING that we have ever seen is on the level of UNC's cheating. EVER.

And if you really don't know what players Duke lost, you must not have watched a single basketball broadcast the entire year.
