I think only one season at UK counts. He’s been in college for six years and has played five full seasons.
How can he possibly still have eligibility left?
He’s sat out his first UK season. Then he played two seasons at UK. Then played two seasons at WKU. Then played one season at Wyoming. That’s six years total, five full seasons played. And he’s already used up his Covid bonus season. So still not seeing how he could have eligibility left.I think only one season at UK counts.
He sat out the first.
Covid year the second.
Played the third.
WKU the fourth.
Wyoming the fifth.
Seems he has a season left??

Wrong. He played TWO years at WKU, not one. And he’s ALREADY used up the bonus season awarded for the Covid freebie year. So, sorry buddy, your math’s still not adding up.First two years at UK didn't count.
Redshirt and covid freebie.
1 season at UK that counts.
1 season at WKU
1 season at Wyoming.
Next season would be his fourth that counts.
I didn't know he stayed two years at WKU.Wrong. He played TWO years at WKU, not one. And he’s ALREADY used up the bonus season awarded for the Covid freebie year. So, sorry buddy, your math’s still not adding up.
I’m old enough to remember when fans were mad that Cal wasn’t playing him and thought he was being unfair to a Kentucky kid.
He enrolled at UK in the fall of '19 so if the NCAA let's him have another year this would be his seventh year on a college campus.![]()
Ridiculous if he has eligibility left.
Lol… true. We’ll always have that memory.I remember the bricks he shot against cupcake ooc teams that one year when given numerous chances. Dude turned into Kobe against msu though lol
I only say it because dontaie is a Kentucky boy and may be willing to just be there for the real de after all these years. A nice hedge in case of injuryI’d love to see us pick some kids that couldn’t make it work under Calipari come back and prove him wrong. Doubt it happens but it’s a storyline I wouldn’t mind watching play out. Glad Pitino got Hopkins.
Lol funniest thing I’ve seen and you’re so creative. You’ll end up banned soon enough so I’ll just go ahead and ignore you. As a matter of fact all the fans who attacked other fans when we were calling out the stupidity of the bloated contract and demanding making so much noise that it worked Cals gone. All those who stood in the way and attacked your fellow fans instead the actual problem well life’s short. Gonna put all of you on ignore. I don’t generally do it but these troll comments and exchanges in posts like the one I replied to here it’s pointless. Why not make him the AD
I'm much more vindictive. Congratulations.I only say it because dontaie is a Kentucky boy and may be willing to just be there for the real de after all these years. A nice hedge in case of injury
I don't know if he has talent or not. However, I do trust Pope's judgement. If he thinks the player adds value, bring him on. When he was at Kentucky, he certainly looked more like he belonged than Noah or Perry. Based on some of the comments, you would think Allen was a problem while at Kentucky which is not the case.I think he has talent I would be happy if he wanted to return. Go get him coach Pope; we could use more outside shooters.

I just can't with this forum and their obsession of in-state players. Dude has played 5 years in college, with 3 different schools(2 being mid-majors), 4 different head coaches and hasn't done anything. This board is going to be bad enough when the all-time leading scorer in Kentucky high school doesn't play.
It's ptobably not easy to concentate on shooting when you got a guy over there screaming & hollering.I remember the bricks he shot against cupcake ooc teams that one year when given numerous chances. Dude turned into Kobe against msu though lol

These crack me up.It's ptobably not easy to concentate on shooting when you got a guy over there screaming & hollering.
Yeah he hasn’t been a great shooter anywhere. These crack me up.
He shot 31% from 3 at Wyoming last season. Was the coach there yelling too much too?
I've read every excuse imaginable on this kid over the years. He averaged 7.8 points per game at Wisconsin in his 5th year of playing. He's not good enough to be at Kentucky. If he had been born ANYWHERE else, no one would even mention the 31% 3 point shooter from Wyoming.
Tons of other players at UK didn't have that issue during his tenure.
Nope. Good kid. Terrible player.Does he want to sit at the end of the bench and win a title? Extreme depth.

Agreed. I bet a bunch of posters here would be in favor of bringing back Eddie Sutton if that were possible. We don't need to keep bringing back everyone who has a remote connection to our program.
