The new OC had limited his scramble ability and has tried to force the pocket with a bad OLine. He has completely stopped RPO which was bread and butter last year. And he wants everything to be downfield other than a couple safetyvalave dump offs
I mean look at the 49ers the last few years and tell me you want that offense. I hated the hire and a hate it even more now when you don’t have nfl talent all over field.
No he’s just not good at his job which is how he ended up at UK. Unlike Coen he had his chance as an NFL coordinator and was fired after one season.

No it’s definitely scang. The play designs are even poor. Coen had a beautiful play book and stoops was fine with it.
