Or it should tell people that Sheron matches up better for USC...
It could also tell us they are still trying to iron some things out between the two offensive schemes (blocking) for the line to be at its best. We'll know more after tonight, but likely not everything until after next week's game.
It can be a little of both, hogan probably wasn’t as good as expected and sheron probably knows the offense a little better since he got to campus earlier, let’s see how sheron does tonight

If he doesn’t play tonight they will manage him to the bye week. Turf toe doesn’t heal overnight and if he isn’t going tonight the chances of regression in the injury next week is 90% maybe more. Turf toe is a difficult one. Most qbs play through it with numbing agents. Rbs get shelved for it but qbs normally play
Well if he doesn’t play next week just accept the L they can’t beat miss state without him. I think he will tough out next week and play

We’re going to find out how it goes, but to not have a serviceable back up QB is piss poor administration of a roster. And that will become apparent AT LEAST before halftime tonight. I’m always hopeful, so we’ll just have to see.
