Does Cal allow recruits to list us that have no interest?

Seems to me that Cal had to have known that at least some of the top '15 recruits who were still uncommitted a month or two ago had no real interest in coming to UK. Why wouldn't he just put it out there if he knew that we wouldn't land some/all of them?

Not bashing Cal by any means, I'm in the camp that believes he is the best coach for UK. I'm just having trouble figuring out why many of us seem to get our hopes up for nothing.

Cal must've known that some of the "experts" we're simply spreading lies for clicks.

Got it, but it seems like he could just give us a heads up on certain recruits that pretend to have serious interest or leak false info. Hell a month ago one of the local writers said we'd get 4 or 5 more of the top guys and platoon again. I think it's time we track the info of the analysts and just post their info here so that they don't get rewarded with clicks when they spread false info.
