I posted earlier tonight my opinion on the coaches. It is a tough job - but this is not little league football! These coaches are paid very well to produce game plans and preparation to give our team a chance to win. The Vandy game with decent coaching was a 14 to 21 point EASY win.
It's time to be looking for good coaches now. I am not saying fire the head coach - at least not yet. He needs to be given the chance to finish the job he has started. But the efforts today by the coaches clearly indicates we have people who aren't ready for prime time. Maybe their is a reason some of the big time programs pay $1 million to $2 million for co-ordinators? Small price to pay for a few extra wins! Missing the bowl game they should have gone to will cost UK $3 million minimum plus probably severely hurt recruiting as well.
