I still get on there occasionally but never read the articles. I too really like the radio show. Not necessarily for UK stuff either I think Matt, Shannon, and Ryan are good entertainment radio and really know very little about sports. Drew Franklin is great too but he is wasting away writing for KSR. All the rest of them are hot, hot, garbage. I won't even get too much when they tried to become Grantland and started Funkhouser which is literally some of the worst pieces on the internet that are supposed to be written by professionals. Headed up by the one of the unfunniest dudes to ever be given a job to be funny, Tomlin. They are doing this video series that is essentially like a list off contest of different trivia topics, I had never actually heard Tomlin's voice but he was going against Ryan Lemond so I watched the video because I like Ryan. Tomlin's voice sounds like a hillbilly crossed with Mike Myers jewish grandma act on Coffee Talk from SNL back in the day. Now anytime I hear them mention Tomlin I can't unhear that voice and it haunts me.

The podcast is good. And while Matt Jones is a douche, he is still our douche. He writes well, defends the cats, and produces good entertainment. The website has gone down hill a lot in the last few years, as the writing quality is very poor now. It takes a certain personality to do it well. Tyler Thompson is pretty mediocre. Drew Franklin is good, but too much filler in the website. When Jones wrote regularly, the website was just better. He has a lock on the pulse of BBN that others cannot articulate as well or whatever reason, arent as compelling.
I am glad the site exists, and once a week, may have a good read, but it used to be a lot better.

Not as much as I once did. In the past I would frequent it several time per day but now I just check Twitter and may go several days in a row without going to the site. I just don't think the articles are as good as they use to be since Ms Tyler and Drew took over the day to day operation of the site. Yes. The page takes forever to load. Too many animations and video clips.
And I wish they had a basketball guy who was as knowledgeable as Freddie Maggard is on football.
Not at all a hater, I used to read everything they posted and I still listen to the radio show and read a few posts on my rss feed from writers I do like. But it's a fact that the quality of writing on the site is way down and it's bloated with more crap than it used to be.
just a guess on my part but the whole bloated thing is intentional. I think they are under pressure to generate content frequently (what that frequency is I don't know) but to keep traffic going they have to constantly update the site with content - so I'm guessing the writers are under alot of pressure to keep writing - kind of an SNL deal where 2 skits are good and the rest is filler.
I'm not going to dog the writers ,especially for content I don't pay for. I will say that maybe twice a week they introduce me to something that I promote on other sites - like a video or quote

How dare they post about the most popular sport in the country, during its season. Smh.
I go there every day, many times a day. For the latest news, you can't beat it. I usually come on here to find rumors of who we are recruiting unless I feel like reading fans trash the football program or watch members argue childishly. Way to many Debbie Downers here. They even popped up on the basketball board after the UCLA loss.
I do hate when I am in a hurry to see if there is any news on KSR and the top story is 10 top tweets of the day or something like that, but for the most part, my number one site for UK news.

I have have gone on KSR maybe once or twice since Matt stopped posting. He was the only one worth reading imo.
I absolutely visit it.
Less than I used to.
I enjoy the discourse with other fans, and RR serves better for that. 99% of the time, by the time I get on to check updates--everything is on twitter/RR. So, it makes more sense to get on RR and read the updates and give me $0.02.

I like Matt and KSR. First site I go to every day. Multiple time visitor every day. Needs to tweak a few dumb subjects but I easily scroll right past them. Cats Illustrated is second to me and has been for awhile!
I've haven't listened to the radio show a single time but I check the site out atleast once a day.. I like the updates about our players, recruits, NBA cats, how they link Cal's pre & post conferences & always seem to know who Cal's visiting on the recruiting trail... I skip all the other filler stories like top 10 tweets & junk like that though

i usually check in to ksr daily and like to post occassionally, usually a counter comment to a tard fan, but most of the times when i do i get "your comment is awaiting moderation." sometimes my comment is eventually posted and sometimes it just disappears without explanation. i've never understood why i get this response since i've never been over the top with any of my comments.
