I browse several of the other boards from time to time mainly to see the latest recruiting news. No big deal.

Not as much as i used to. About 5 years ago, i had 4 or 5 rival boards i would read and post some. The Ku scout board used to be an awesome site to talk basketball. After we hired Cal and started kicking azz again, the Ku fans just started going insane and wasn't worth visiting anymore. It's funny to me how winning and losing can change a fanbase's opinion about you. When we had Tubby as coach, all blueblood fans loved Kentucky. Same with Billy. As soon as you hire a proven winner as coach and instantly become a major threat, their opinions of Kentucky changes and it's nothing but hate. Of all the rival sites i used to post on, i noticed the same exact attitudes. If you're no threat, you're welcome to talk up their team. If you're a threat, stay away.

Don't think I've ever posted on another team's forum. And I don't get why we have so many coming over here. Seemed to start with the Kansas clowns, but now we have ones from Duke and other random schools like UConn as well.

I've only visited the Indiana board (peegs) and the UL board. The Indiana board just to see some meltdowns over Crean last year and the UL board to see the meltdown after UK beat them in the sweet 16 a couple years ago. But very rarely.

I've only been on this board for the last two seasons, but it seems this summer there has been a lot of rival fans coming on here and posting. Some bring good discussion while others just act butthurt. I know it's the summer and I'm sure most teams boards are sparse with conversation, but I find it interesting we've had a good deal of Duke, UNC, and KU fans coming here. Has it always been like it here?

I've never ventured onto another teams board (except for peegs for some good laughs). Do UK fans frequently post on other teams boards like it seems our rivals do here? I don't mind opposing fans coming in and talking, as long as they keep it peaceful. This is a UK board and everyone here is naturally going defend UK, and usually we have the stats to back it up.

When you are losing double digit games every year, don't expect to see many rival fans, except the ul fans, on here. You really have to be relevant for rivals to hate on you on your own site. I can still remember the week that Cal got hired, we were bombarded by jayhawks fans, tired heels fans, and the dookies, calling us cheaters and losers. That was a great week.

I'll go watch a meltdown sometimes if one of our rivals took one on the chin, but I never frequent other teams boards because 99 percent of the time they're not worth my time.

No. I think we all pretty much know what they think of UK and us anyway. None of our guys go to class, Cal is paying everyone he can, and we're all a bunch of idiots. Doesn't that about sum it up?
