As I remember Hurtt just got money from boosters for taking recruits to them. I don't believe he was charged with anything other than cashing checks and taking recruits to meet the boosters for parties. Don't think escorts were ever mentioned.

I thought that Miami boosters were supplying escorts and Hurtt was taking recruits to the boosters. Odd that he started at ul about the same time this thing started though. Wonder if Mcgee asked Hurtt some tricks of the trade?
