I visit but never post on a Card Forum. There is actually a recent post by a long-term U of L fan stating that they consistently play better competition than does UK.

You can't make ish like that up. Hell, if I trolled them, I couldn't make myself say that for fear of exposure by blatant over-statement/exaggeration. Apparently, the last 30 years of NFL drafts and NSD rankings have totally escaped some of their fans!

As a UK fan living in Louisville, I can tell you overall the attitude and loudness of UL gan has never recovered from the crashing & burning of Jurich, Pitino, Petrino 2017-2018. Their bravado and confidence has never recovered or gotten back to the loudness of those times. Collectively they are neutered, even the alleged excitement of the long awaited arrival of Brohm is muted.
