Davis Mattingly Is Key To Keion Wakefield Choice

Ignore him. Either he's a troll or he knows nothing about UK football, either way not worth stressing. Best case scenario, he's trying to make something out of nothing stating the key to Wakefields recruitment is a walk-on QB because he knows him, which would point to the OP not knowing that Keron, Keion's older brother, was already on the football team.

the key to wakefield is how bad do we want him and does he get an offer from oregon!!!! period.

Yeah, I think the judgement was a little harsh.

Having his brother and his best friend from HS here can't hurt. As another pointed out Oregon is his dream school we just have to hope they don't offer. Keion got the WR MVP award at a camp at Oregon last year

^^^^^Good post, and while Oregon has had some huge advantages up until now, with this staff and our improvements we have closed the gap by a huge amount. The other big gap is in our record, and that should close a lot more this year, hopefully.

It really doesn't have to be said again but wins will turn these guys heads. If we are exciting to watch and win some that are unexpected, this is the year that the building of this program really gets into gear. We need a bowl game and a win, that will set everything in motion.
