Darren Rovell: Sweeping the Cavs would have cost Golden State $22 mil

Totally could see something up with what happened last night. NBA is the most corrupt out of the big the leagues.

I saw that article as well. Being a former semi-competitive...strike that...we're here to win player. You never throw a game at this level...karma. I don't think they will lose any sleep, but those players were there to win!

Yea I think you make up that lost money rather quickly in merchandising sales for the champ.

Secure the title...

Edit: Would love to find out it was thrown and then Cavs come back and win 4 in a row.

My favorite part about conspiracy theorists is that they're never consistent. Half of these weirdos think the refs fixed the game and the other half think Golden State lost on purpose.

Maybe blame your golden boy MVP for shooting 30% and getting cooked by Kyrie for 40 or your team for giving up 24 threes.

THIS. Beyond tired of hearing about how games are fixed, teams throwing games in the finals, blah, blah, blah.

With so many big mouths in the league that can't refrain from tweeting every other second about literally EVERYTHING, you really think some of these players wouldn't have already spilled the beans?

As far as the refs are concerned, they are always generally home team friendly. They don't get paid enough to mastermind who wins what game and when. Some refs have tried, failed, and been caught. This is a vast minority. Refs are human and rarely some get caught up trying to make the extra money betting on games. But 9 times out of 10 the best team wins regardless of a single referee, and the Cavs were the better team last night. Refs can impact a game, but when a series is concerned the best team is going to win. Period.

I'd rather talk about aliens or something.

People seem to be forgetting that Cavs should have won Game 3. It's not like they got blown out in Game 3

We also not going to act like Draymond should have been ejected but refs changed it, Zaza didn't get anything for punching a dude in the nuts twice, Love got a flagrant 1 but didn't even review Draymond murdering Tristan Thompson, etc, etc

This is only considering revenue directly earned by the warriors. You know the NBA needed a game give on a monday in prime time for all the ad revenue the ABC sold.
