He was young and made a bad choice is not finishing his classes but he's still part of the big blue family.

1. With Orton's knee he most likely made a good decision to leave at the time.
2. Cal did want and expect him back. He surprised the staff.

wouldn't look too good on Cal in the eyes of recruits if he's denigrating Orton for doing exactly what Cal promotes; taking care of family.

Orton is what he is...he will never make it in the NBA due to his injuries and the fact he is not that good. I hope he can make a lot of money overseas though, as school was clearly not his thing.

Kind of how things work on a message board. If someone says something controversial as a fact that no one else has ever heard before it is usually confirmed with a link.
Otherwise you are just throwing out opinion, which is fine as well, just don't state is a fact unless you preface it as "I am not sure where i heard this" but I did.

I never wish ill will on anyone, even Louisville players. I wished Marvin Stone well, even though he betrayed UK. Orton pulled some crap, and owned up to it; he hasn't yet completely rectified it, but whatever. There were times when he looked like an all-american (like against Florida, rejecting three shots in a row); I had always questioned his attitude and work ethic. Orton will be fine if he has the right attitude. Even if he plays overseas, he will be making far more than almost all of us are.
