I'm not saying that the Penn State CB didn't have his hands on Harrison Jr, but I'm curious if the refs would have picked the flag up if OSU recovered a fumble and scored on it.

OSU defense has improved, but PSU offense was disappointing and weak. Both likely lose to Michigan.
