I'll say this: it's not a crazy position.
I also tend to agree that Fultz isn't a pure 1, but how many of those are left? Westbrook isn't. Steph isn't. Harden is a 2 playing the 1. Thomas isn't. Kyrie isn't. Lillard really isn't. It's basically Wall and CP3 at the elite level.
Fultz is more of a Brandon Roy type combo than a true PG, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. The variety available at that position is exploding.
So Fox is the better "point guard," but Fultz is probably the better player. Depends on need and style.
