Which location? Fairfield or Eastgate? Safe travels. I visited Jungle Jim's last spring. Awesome beer selection.Hate to hear that about Bert.
My wife and I are going to Jungle Jim's today in Cincy. We're supposed to leave at 0800. .
Prayers and best wishes for Bert.
Not good...not good at all.
Oh Shit! Shit! Shit! Shit!
Hate to hear that about Bert. Makes me hurt for him.

A mega major this ...ten fold to Kathy Griffin
Great place to start.I have done all of my bird watching from this deck and while I am fishing.
Pileated Woodpeckers are huge and rare birds around here.
They are toxic and bright orange is an evolutionary warning to predators not eat them.Eastern Newt is what I saw. Stunning lil thing.
The original Woody The Woodpecker.
I need to replace one of our motion detector security lights this weekend. It'is not up real high, but I need for #1 to hold the ladder steady for me. And I have to wire it hot, but I can do that, but it always makes me a little nervous. I dread the sore muscles the most of all.IIRC Bert is 70. That is a dangerous age. Most men are done by then but don't know it. Then they try to do something that they've always easily done and end up getting hurt because the body's worn out.
**I took no chances after about 35 and quit doing anything calling for physical exertion.
An osprey nest is easy to spot too (large as a bathtub), usually atop a large snag and vulnerable to environmental neanderthals. For management purposes, we top trees 500 ft. or so away from the water where they can't be seen. The nest sites remain viable for much longer period than atop the decaying snags.Walking along the bank of the Chattahoochee River we saw an Osprey flying upriver with about a 5 pound Brown Trout in his talons. It was a pretty sight. We have seen some Bald Eagles too, They are huge birds. Beautiful things.
If there was a way.................................Git to feeling better Bert.
I hired a private nurse for ya.
And stay off ladders ya old coot!
I'll set-up my feeders this week. We rarely get them this early but there's always hope. Usually July but last year they came in late June. This is a male Annna's Hummingbird. I cannot walk outside without seeing this. They're everywhere I hang a feeder. The color is a structural light refractance, By turning their heads the color is refracted in all directions. Very attractive to you know who.
We went to the Eastgate store. Yeah they've got lot's of beers. I picked up six of some German beer. I can't remember the name but it's from the oldest brewery in the world. I'll look next time I get up. I hope it's quite a while.Which location? Fairfield or Eastgate? Safe travels. I visited Jungle Jim's last spring. Awesome beer selection.
I've been there. I laid a little rubber on the Georgia asphalt. I got a little crazy but I never got caught.@Rooster: Walking along the bank of the Chattahoochee River
You and your family are part of your dog's pack. He was rolling on that dead mole to bring a new scent to be shared with the pack. You may know this, but somebody won't know it and will understand it better. My dog rolled and rolled all over this dead mole yesterday and I thought about FCC. Hope he's doing fine wherever he is.
