If I remember correctly CROD will have to go in front of the student conduct board for his DUI and they will determine his punishment. Last year I believe it was this board that held the 6 players in the fraternity fight out. It was also this board that kicked Lloyd Tubman off campus for his sexual assault allegation. While it sounds like a good idea to appear before a jury of your peers for punishment. Please tell me students lives and futures are not being decided by a 19 yo coed who lives her whole life on her phone and says the work LIKE 15 times every sentence. Stupid.
