What if we brought Sumrall in as head coach and paid him 4Million. Create a position for Coen called Head Coach of Offense and pay him 3Million. Take Vince and call him Assistant Head Coach and pay him 3Million. We save a bit on Stoops and their salaries combined, and maybe hold our class together. See where things go after year one. Vince recruits closer to here more and could continue to dominate. Can he recruit anywhere? Probably, but this is what he knows and could make more money than anywhere. I know that complicates position coaches, but they all could have a position to coach as well.
